Description
- Imidacloprid is an antagonist to the acetylcholine receptor in the central nervous system, hence it disturbs the proper signal transmission system leading to the excitation of nerve cells leading to the death of the insect.
- It is relatively safer for natural enemies and acts selectively on sucking pests. It is thus ideal for the IPM programme.
- Application results in better and vigorous growth with a stress shield effect.
